The Spa at Séc-he

Next time you're in Palm Springs, take a little detour to this incredible day spa called The Spa at Séc-he!

Private Mineral Bath:

Incredible! - Despite the spa only booking the tubs in 15 min intervals, it was a magical experience! The minerals left my skin feeling super soft, hydrated, and calm.

Salt Cave & Cafe:

The salt cave was a great place for me to read my book for a while before diving in to my sweaty sauna sessions. The side quest to the cafe for these vegan jicama tacos was far less exciting or satisfying (6.8/10), and I honestly wish I had gotten a salad or smoothie instead.

Dry & Wet Saunas, Cold Shower, & Cold Plunge:

10/10 - I switched between the wet and dry sauna a few times before taking a cold shower and hopping into the cold plunge. I did a few rotations before taking a shower in their fully stocked locker rooms.

Acoustic Wellness Lounge:

I am 100% an advocate for adult naps, and this was one of the best naps I’ve ever taken! The heated/vibrating reclining chair, the blankets, the noise canceling headphones, and the binaural audio tracks transported me to a whole different dream land.

In addition to all of the amenities I tried, and having spent over 6 hours there, there are also spa treatments, fully serviced outdoor pools, a fitness center, and a grounding room. It was not cheap ($145 for the day), but was well worth it for how much time I spent there and the variety of things they offer.

This was the perfect way to end my solo camping trip in Joshua tree. I loved it so much that bestie and I are going again in a few weeks.

Check it out here.
