Weekend Getaway - Charleston
My sister took a trip to Charleston with her fiance for a wedding and asked me to add some extra activities and restaurants for them along the way. Now I know that South Carolina is not exactly a two-three day trip for most. Nor is it what first comes to mind for a weekend getaway, but I hope many of you will find this a fun introduction to the east coast! Apparently, Charleston, South Carolina has both seafood and barbecue that can’t be beat, as well as many outdoor activities to see and do. This weekend getaway is a truncated version of the longer itinerary I made for my sister, but still touches a few of the great activities and restaurants they visited while they were there.
